FOLKLORE

Folklore manifestation in Cilipi, takes place on every Sunday on 11.15 a.m., right after the holy mass, and it lasts from Palm Sunday until the beginning of November. Already from 9 a.m.onwards, one can take a look at the exhibited traditional handicrafts, visit the museum and taste the sweet traditional wine Prosek or brandy Travarica while klapa Cilipi (klapa is a Dalmatian a cappella harmony-singing group) performs beutiful dalmatian songs.

CAVTAT SUMMER

The Cavtat Summer is the annual series of cultural and entertainment events lasting from the end of June until the beginning of September.
It contains various cultural and entertainment programmes, such as dance and music shows, street performances, classical music concerts, etc. All events are free of charge.

DIVING

The underwater world of Cavtat is very attractive for diving activities. In imminent proximity, next to the small islands of Cavtat Mrkan, Bobara and Supetar you can find some antique places of discovery, the biggest and most attractive in the Adriatic Sea, ranking among the biggest ones in the Mediterranean.
The places of discovery with over 1800 amphorae and dolii originating from the 1st century before and from the 1st and 2nd century after Common Era are very precious. Next to these places of discovery, the underwater world of Cavtat also bears many beautiful underwater walls that reach a depth of 100 metres, underwater caves and sunk ships from the antiquity up to the latest past.

You can explore Konavle riding on a bike, whether choosing a route by yourself or using one of the theme routes suggested:

FREE CLIMBING

Konavle has much to offer to those who seek adventure during holidays. A cliff arranged for free climbing is located above villages Mihanici and Pridvorje.

Professional instructors will help you experience an unforgettable climbing adventure in accordance with your climbing skills.
There is also an artificial cliff on the Prevlaka peninsula.
